Great CNAs and amazing residents. The rehab is a great place to learn.
Cons
Management is terrible, you tell them something is wrong and they will not listen. They pick favorites, usually the favorites will never get in trouble for doing bad things or treating other bad. I’ve seen other nurses bully CNAs and write them up for no reason. Pay is terrible for working your butt off. Nurses will work as a CNA every shift because there’s usually 1-2 aides for 33 people.
