No good reason to work at Athena. - RN ICN Athena Health Care Systems Employee Review

My DNS is a micromanager. She texts me at all hours of the day and night. I'm never off the clock. The administrator is basically absent until there is a problem. The nurses are sarcastic and rude, the CNA's have checked out. Not a great place to work. Oh and if I pick up a shift I get a flat rate which is lower than my daily rate. I also share an office with another employee. It's so tight I bang my back into the file cabinet when I get up.
