Pros
Company that empowers women, quality clothing, great management, great teamwork, very generous employee discount, flexible schedules, free in-store fitness classes, friendly customers, fun atmosphere to work in.
Cons
Shifts are often cut or shaved shorter; Not enough hours scheduled each week, some weeks only 4 hours are scheduled or even no hours at all. Realistically this is not even a real part-time job, it's more like 0-8 hours a week. No opportunity to become a full-time employee or advance into leadership roles. Apparently there isn't supposed to be "fraternizing" between leaders and sales associates, which is a big shame.
