Terrible pay, terrible peers to work with. The written mission, culture and values are in no way in sync with reality within the stores. Managers are somehow fearful of each other, childish, conniving, and lack integrity. They go so far out of their way to make each other's working environment difficult and unpleasant. Some of the most unhappy people I've ever worked with. The part time associates are much more pleasant, flexible, and less mean girlish. I will say, customers will never notice the disgusting behavior that goes on behind closed doors and that makes their experience pretty good.
