Empty Promises - Anonymous employee Athleta Employee Review

Management is a joke. They told me I'd get to work between 20 and 39 hours a week. Two weeks later, I was only scheduled for two short shifts for the entire week. I could barely live off of that amount but had already said "no" to another job because Athleta was offering me enough hours (or so I thought). They said that this was a "slower month", which, if they knew about that, they should've warned me that hours would be fewer. They scheduled me for times requested not to be scheduled for. Several of my managers did so little it was ridiculous that they were hired.
