      Cons

      Chaos, tons of changes, ridiculously high workload and a lot of stress. Pipeline that changes every season- due to overlapping deliverables, spins the worker bees into a frenzy to keep up. Upper Management makes changes constantly, you are constantly cleaning up the mess.
