      Good employee discount (there's a 5 word minimum and that's only 3 words)

      Cons

      Where to begin: Management= awful Company values = awful Pay = awful Opportunities to advance = nonexistent BASICALLY if you work part-time you will be doing the vast majority of the actual work while the managers sit in the back office and "do paperwork" (not sure how that's possible in a physical store especially when corporate is in charge of all decisions) Only hire from within the BRONG brands into management

      Athleta, Woodbury Lakes is a great place to work. The management genuinely cares about you. The customers that stop by are friendly and love to shop the brand.

      Pros

      Very black & white on policies. You always know what is right or wrong.Operationally strong company that allows movement between brands. Decent pay if you advocate for yourself as an external, but don’t expect much once you’re in.

      Cons

      Company has changed direction so much since COVID. Seems like there’s no clear idea on who we are anymore.Senior leadership feels like a revolving door that only succeeds in spinning tires with no traction. We love to initiate something only to either sunset it months later or leave it in limbo(WellPro). The amount of stress pushed on stores to meet credit goals is absurd to the point it inspires unethical behaviors in certain stores.
