Pros
The hours are extremely flexible, even at last minute. Someone is usually always able to cover your shift, and if not, the managers will try to help you find some alternative. The people who work there are also really nice. They definitely hire people who are friendly and work well with others, which makes work more fun. Pay is pretty good compared to a lot of retail jobs out there. There is great perks, such as free workout classes, good discount at most Gap inc. retailers, and occasionally you can get discounts or free comps for races and events in your area.
Cons
Obviously with retail, your hours are rarely consistent. They have early morning shifts as well as late shifts. The managers don't really agree with Corporate or the GM, which makes communication between associates sometimes challenging.
