Good Company, Poor and unprofessional management - Sales Lead Athleta Employee Review

management was extremely disorganized. Poor communication and training if you can call it that. I spent 3 weeks at this particular location before turning in my notice. Manager was hardly ever on the floor always late and leave early. She did not displayed real leadership in anyway. I have never worked in such environment and for such an individual who has no respect to her job and anyone working for her. If she is the representation of the company's culture and values-Wow!! Good Luck!
