Pros
It's a fun environment. Management is there to help you grow and learn the culture. I've been with Gap inc for almost 4 years now, and made the transition over to Athleta a year ago, it was completely different. Sales goals are still there but it's not pushed. It's more about learning about the product , brand and our fit girl. It makes a difference when you understand what you're selling and makes you fall in love with it. Plus, you get to wear fabulous product every day and get to be completely comfortable!!!!!
Cons
Sometimes you don't get your regular customer. You get someone who shops at lulu or another brand and they're not use to people actually being interested and helping them find the perfect fit. It's a struggle. But hey,it's retail!
