Incredibly low pay - Merit raises are a joke Be prepared to wear multiple hats without proper compensation Little to no pay roll - We’re given just enough hours for management to work. Leaves us with about 40 hours for sales associates per week. Over worked - Underpaid Promotions are difficult to come by - Company would rather promote from outside of the brand rather than promote tenured employees that have been committed to the brand.
