Pros
You will work with some amazing people! The management team (depending on which store you are at) wants to help you develop, but if you want to move up, you need to ask. Otherwise, you will just be a part time employee doing minimal tasks. However, if you tell them you want to grow with their company, they will help you!
Cons
Just like at any retail job, you will have some interesting customers. Especially with Athleta's awesome return policy, sometimes people come in to return things from 5 years ago. Typically these people aren't always nice, but again, the people you work with make it better!
