Pros

Great atmosphere, friendly coworkers. Employee discount is pretty good and works for any Gap Inc. store. Easy to get time off or sick day when needed.

Cons

For the salary we are given, you can't actually expect anyone to wear anything that is in season in store. Most of your paycheck would go to buying a pair of leggings. You're expected to learn a lot of information, really quickly with minimal training. Hours are too easily cut and added with little advance, sometimes just day of.

Athleta, Woodbury Lakes is a great place to work. The management genuinely cares about you. The customers that stop by are friendly and love to shop the brand.

Pros

Very black & white on policies. You always know what is right or wrong.Operationally strong company that allows movement between brands. Decent pay if you advocate for yourself as an external, but don’t expect much once you’re in.

Cons

Company has changed direction so much since COVID. Seems like there’s no clear idea on who we are anymore.Senior leadership feels like a revolving door that only succeeds in spinning tires with no traction. We love to initiate something only to either sunset it months later or leave it in limbo(WellPro). The amount of stress pushed on stores to meet credit goals is absurd to the point it inspires unethical behaviors in certain stores.
