      Pros

      Supervised by PTs, so you don't feel like you are alone while working with patients You get to talk and work with patients one-on-one It helps you learn exercises and basic anatomy

      Cons

      Pay needs to be significantly more for the amount of work you are doing. Some PTs can be very rude to you when correcting you and the patient you are working with, especially since they are the ones who have a doctorate in Physical Therapy, not you. You are sometimes expected to help multiple patients at one time, which is very stressful. It was hard to get scheduled hours.

      Pros

      Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

      Cons

      The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
