Pros

friendly PTs and evening shifts are pretty chill. they created a family-like environment

Cons

if you're not into working out/pt then it can be a bit challenging to learn the types of exercises that you have to guide the patient thru. each therapist may do exercises slightly differently so you have to adjust.

Pros

Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

Cons

The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
