Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.

Metrics and focus on numbers. No built-in time for documentation. Every clinic is managed slightly differently. Culture at each depends on manager & co-workers.
