Pros

Potential for promotion Growing company Fair PTO plan Met a lot of great people who work for this company Laid back in the clinic

Cons

Poor support from corporate Poor mentorship. They have a "mentorship" program that consists of going through a pamphlet. You meet weekly for a little bit, then you are done. The mentorship isn't used to grow your skill set as a therapist. They were disorganized. My region had conflicting requirements than corporate as far as when to complete documentation and other daily operations. Their benefits are difficult to use. They have continuing ed dollars, however, they can only be used for very specific uses and clinic needs, not if the therapist is interested in learning something.

Pros

Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

Cons

The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
