      Pros

      Nice for college students who want to go to Physical Therapy school. Awesome Holiday party. A good resource for CEUs and networking with the company. I learned a lot about customer service and after a while patients started to feel like family.

      Cons

      Starting pay is offensive for all work the Aides do for the front office, therapists, and outside of the clinic . There were not many opportunities for promotion or advancement within the clinic. Favoritism within the clinic made it hard to feel comfortable at work. Inner office dating was a big factor in splitting up friends and co-workers which again made work uncomfortable.

      Pros

      Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

      Cons

      The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
