Pros

You learn a lot about rehabilitation, exercises, stretches and physical agent modalities. The patients and coworkers were fun to work with at least at the Eureka Missouri location. They are pretty flexible about hours and worked with me while I was in school.

Cons

The pay was minimum wage which given my background I feel like it should have been a little more. I was coming in as more than just the fresh out of high school student. I had some college background along the lines of what the job entailed.

Pros

Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

Cons

The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.

Pros

A few coworkers made the place tolerable.

Cons

4 CEOs in 5 years, yikes. Round after round of mass layoffs, millions of dollars in the red. Horrible company culture, pay and benefits. Current CEO rating speaks for itself. This company is a sinking ship.
