      Supportive staff, friendly work environment, nice patients

      Cons

      Pay starts low so make sure to ask for raises. Rehab aide position can get hectic but overall staff is very nice

      Pros

      Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

      Cons

      The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
