      Pros

      -continuing education opportunities -great job for new grads to learn a lot -many locations for some flexibility in moving

      Cons

      -poor pay for amount of work as manager -you are basically a puppet to upper management; minimal control over your clinic -all this company cares about now is money; which is sad since it used to not be this way - business model set up to turn into a therapy mill :(

      Pros

      Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

      Cons

      The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.

      Pros

      A few coworkers made the place tolerable.

      Cons

      4 CEOs in 5 years, yikes. Round after round of mass layoffs, millions of dollars in the red. Horrible company culture, pay and benefits. Current CEO rating speaks for itself. This company is a sinking ship.
