      Pros

      A lot of really great people work at Athletico. There are ample opportunities for clinician growth, including a strong continuing education program with funding for bigger certifications like dry needling and residency program. Patients and physicians are largely very happy with the quality of care at Athletico. Great healthcare benefits.

      Cons

      Company growth has led to increased focus on metrics. Combined with understaffing, this pressure to see more patients per day can hinder work-life balance and contribute to clinician burnout. Working until 8pm at least 2 nights per week is expected at most clinics. Maternity leave could be improved.

      Pros

      Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

      Cons

      The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.

      Pros

      Having a good clinic with good colleagues and management will make this job feel great! The jobs aren't super hard, and the patients are very entertaining and sweet.

      Cons

      Bad management/colleagues or a horrendously busy schedule can break the entire experience.
