      Pros

      I work with a great team, thanks to having a great clinic manager. Good variability with clinicians with a mix of more experience clinicians and recent graduates. They provide a lot of learning opportunities (CEU and professional development).

      Cons

      High volume of patients are expected to be seen. Upper management seems disconnected with the experience of treating patients and some of the expectations are unrealistic at times.

      Pros

      Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

      Cons

      The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
