      Pros

      The work atmosphere is amazing. I feel welcome everyday by the physical therapists. Love working with clients and talking with them.

      Cons

      Lots of cleaning work, but that is within the job description of being an aide.

      Pros

      Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

      Cons

      The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
