      You get to learn firsthand from licensed clinicians, depending on location you may even get to work with patients as a rehab aide.

      Cons

      My experience was hindered by a manager that micromanaged everything and did not make much effort to get to know me.

      Pros

      Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

      Cons

      The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
