      Pros

      Good patient variety. Friendly work environment. Coworkers are great. Work-life balance.

      Cons

      Current management is more concerned with billing than patient care. New hires paid more than tenures. When management was approached, the response was "That just happens sometimes". Company doesn't care about employees.

      Pros

      Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

      Cons

      The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
