      Nice to ease into the Physical Therapy field and gain experience working with patients

      You don't get compensated for what you do always. It's a lot of work at some clinics and not much praise

      Pros

      Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

      Cons

      The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
