      Pros

      Tim and his team of OT's and PT's were so welcoming at the Bloomingdale office. As an aide, I was able to develop introductory skills to work in an orthopedic rehab office before I began my graduate school journey.

      Cons

      Very fast past office with multiple patients for each clinician within one hour.

      Pros

      Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

      Cons

      The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.

      Pros

      A few coworkers made the place tolerable.

      Cons

      4 CEOs in 5 years, yikes. Round after round of mass layoffs, millions of dollars in the red. Horrible company culture, pay and benefits. Current CEO rating speaks for itself. This company is a sinking ship.
