      Pros

      Managers and Supervisors are great and really helpful when needed. They encourage you when you're stressed about a situation or cannot figure anything out.

      Cons

      If you're not a Level 3, sometimes your opinion doesn't matter and is overlooked and feel like you get put aside because you're not in a higher position.

      Pros

      Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

      Cons

      The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.

      Pros

      Having a good clinic with good colleagues and management will make this job feel great! The jobs aren't super hard, and the patients are very entertaining and sweet.

      Cons

      Bad management/colleagues or a horrendously busy schedule can break the entire experience.
