Pros

Really wonderful PTs, and front desk staff to work with, and be mentored by

Cons

-very low pay compared to competing clinics -no work life balance. Be ready to take on 3 patients at once when your clinic is understaffed, be expected to finish all notes, take them home, and not get paid for it. -staff and patient safety in public health concerns are brushed off and ignored. Corporate and upper management does not care about safety of patients or staff -schedule is never concrete and expected to work all over a region with no pay increase or stipend for travel expenses. -corporate, upper management is toxic and often makes work atmosphere hard to manage -you will be told you will have full time hours every week but it is never promised. Be prepared to be working under 40 hrs even though you are a “full time” employee especially during a “slow” period.

Pros

Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

Cons

The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
