-very low pay compared to competing clinics
-no work life balance. Be ready to take on 3 patients at once when your clinic is understaffed, be expected to finish all notes, take them home, and not get paid for it.
-staff and patient safety in public health concerns are brushed off and ignored. Corporate and upper management does not care about safety of patients or staff
-schedule is never concrete and expected to work all over a region with no pay increase or stipend for travel expenses.
-corporate, upper management is toxic and often makes work atmosphere hard to manage
-you will be told you will have full time hours every week but it is never promised. Be prepared to be working under 40 hrs even though you are a “full time” employee especially during a “slow” period.
