Pros

Therapist and support staff amazing! You will build life long relationships that’s due to your trauma bond because of the job.

Cons

EMR is trash! It never works and Wi-Fi is almost nonexistent for their clinics. Upper management absolutely Worst! They managed with fear, verbal address downs on a daily basis if not hourly for the things that they told you to do! SOP’s are subjected to change based on the upper management. and it’s always different depending on the manager and I’m not talking about the managers in clinic the ones about them.

Pros

Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

Cons

The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
