Pros - Driven by strong management who are passionate about Mobile Apps development and testing with highly technical and process oriented mind-set. - Opportunity to work on latest Mobile technologies and diverse domains while serving top clients. - Friendly office environment with helping co-workers who were more like friends. - Focused on on-time project delivery to meet client deadlines - No office politics. - Good salary pay in comparison with market standards.

I am sure that if the upper management had been different and someone else had managed this place, things would have been better.

Cons

The top management is awfully arrogant and terrible at its job. They make the worst decisions, lose clients and contracts, and then blame the employees. They don't hesitate to ask people to clean out their desks and leave as soon as a project is finished. It's ridiculous.Please avoid joining if you are looking for a long term, stable job. Join it as a resume gap filler as you search for a stable job.
