Amazing work culture, excellent set of co workers. Great place to learn and be hands-on. One thing i'll always remember from my experience working here is that there was zero office politics. The emphasis and focus was always on projects and getting the job done properly. Almost everyone, Devs to QA's to Directors were extremely technical, so for anyone looking to learn, its a nice place to work and grow.

Cons

Had bit more than its fair share of financial issues, but i really hope they resolved it by now.

I am sure that if the upper management had been different and someone else had managed this place, things would have been better.

Cons

The top management is awfully arrogant and terrible at its job. They make the worst decisions, lose clients and contracts, and then blame the employees. They don't hesitate to ask people to clean out their desks and leave as soon as a project is finished. It's ridiculous.Please avoid joining if you are looking for a long term, stable job. Join it as a resume gap filler as you search for a stable job.
