Good life-work balance, interesting projects, great place for idea people. Many people try hard to remain upbeat and motivated.

Cons

Management is abusive. Previously appreciated creativity has given way to doing work by spreadsheet (this includes designers). Extreme playing of favourites, who can get away with anything. Inconsistent work quality, a constant mad scramble for employees, and nearly 100% turn over spanning one year.

I am sure that if the upper management had been different and someone else had managed this place, things would have been better.

Cons

The top management is awfully arrogant and terrible at its job. They make the worst decisions, lose clients and contracts, and then blame the employees. They don't hesitate to ask people to clean out their desks and leave as soon as a project is finished. It's ridiculous.Please avoid joining if you are looking for a long term, stable job. Join it as a resume gap filler as you search for a stable job.
