Pros
A place to add to and grow your career skills for sure. Reasonably flexible rules that aim for productivity rather than exist for the sake of rules themselves. I have always been given the green light to carve my own space, be creative, and try to contribute in my unique ways. The pace of one's day-to-day work can sometimes get fast, but by the end of each period I see I have equally profited from those strenuous activities and am better for it.
Cons
My beef with the company is mostly a thing of the past as its culture and internal processes have improved to a significant degree in 2022. I see some recent questionable reviews have mentioned late paycheques, but that, too, is a thing of the past as the company coffers have been growing steadily in the past year or so and occasional misses by delinquent clients can't delay our pay anymore.
