The team had decent communication and collaboration.

Cons

Micromanagement from the supervisor completely crush any sense of autonomy. Every little task was scrutinized, which slowed down productivity and created an oppressive atmosphere. It felt like there was no room for growth, and any initiative was quickly shut down. The constant fear of termination hung over everyone's head, and sure enough, they followed through on that treat when it suited them. The stifling environment drained morale.

I am sure that if the upper management had been different and someone else had managed this place, things would have been better.

Cons

The top management is awfully arrogant and terrible at its job. They make the worst decisions, lose clients and contracts, and then blame the employees. They don't hesitate to ask people to clean out their desks and leave as soon as a project is finished. It's ridiculous.Please avoid joining if you are looking for a long term, stable job. Join it as a resume gap filler as you search for a stable job.
