There's the chance to learn to find peace and calm despite the chaos and fear.

Cons

No one really knows how long you're gonna last. Employee turnover was terrible. Firing without cause and warning usually happens and having this fear makes the atmosphere feel awful, stressful, miserable, and toxic!

I am sure that if the upper management had been different and someone else had managed this place, things would have been better.

Cons

The top management is awfully arrogant and terrible at its job. They make the worst decisions, lose clients and contracts, and then blame the employees. They don't hesitate to ask people to clean out their desks and leave as soon as a project is finished. It's ridiculous.Please avoid joining if you are looking for a long term, stable job. Join it as a resume gap filler as you search for a stable job.
