Some projects were technically interesting.

Cons

The project lead constantly shifted deadlines and requirements mid-project, forcing the team to redo significant work. We often lacked the necessary devices and software for proper testing, causing last-minute scrambles to borrow improvise. Miscommunication between temas led to confusion about priorities, and leadership didn't seem interested in fixing these problems.

I am sure that if the upper management had been different and someone else had managed this place, things would have been better.

Cons

The top management is awfully arrogant and terrible at its job. They make the worst decisions, lose clients and contracts, and then blame the employees. They don't hesitate to ask people to clean out their desks and leave as soon as a project is finished. It's ridiculous.Please avoid joining if you are looking for a long term, stable job. Join it as a resume gap filler as you search for a stable job.
