There are many talented folks on the team who are passionate about their work

Cons

Every negative review has a lot of truth to it. Leadership style is extreme micromanagement and autocratic. Managers act like they know it all, carrying a vibe of superiority rather than supportive. They don't really listen to feedback from employees and they don't care about your professional development. If I could do it all over again, I would have chosen a different company.

I am sure that if the upper management had been different and someone else had managed this place, things would have been better.

Cons

The top management is awfully arrogant and terrible at its job. They make the worst decisions, lose clients and contracts, and then blame the employees. They don't hesitate to ask people to clean out their desks and leave as soon as a project is finished. It's ridiculous.Please avoid joining if you are looking for a long term, stable job. Join it as a resume gap filler as you search for a stable job.
