If you can retain your job for a few months, you can consider it an achievement in your entire career.

Cons

The attitude of the top bosses is ridiculous. They value clients too much, and employees receive little appreciation. As long as a client needs you, you have job security here. Otherwise, these horrible people will just fire you. It’s awful to live with the fear and stress of job loss and see your colleagues being let go. I never want to experience it again. You can only avoid this feeling by not joining Atimi Software.

I am sure that if the upper management had been different and someone else had managed this place, things would have been better.

Cons

The top management is awfully arrogant and terrible at its job. They make the worst decisions, lose clients and contracts, and then blame the employees. They don't hesitate to ask people to clean out their desks and leave as soon as a project is finished. It's ridiculous.Please avoid joining if you are looking for a long term, stable job. Join it as a resume gap filler as you search for a stable job.
