The initial offer was decent, but that's all you get until you leave.

Cons

Management has no clue what they're doing. They throw away ridiculous amounts of money on fancy furniture and pointless upgrades just to show off, while employees are stuck with miserable paychecks. Every time we asked for a raise, all we got were pathetic excuses. Instead of fixing anything, they turned around and blame us for being "incompetent" while they waste funds on nonsense.

I am sure that if the upper management had been different and someone else had managed this place, things would have been better.

Cons

The top management is awfully arrogant and terrible at its job. They make the worst decisions, lose clients and contracts, and then blame the employees. They don't hesitate to ask people to clean out their desks and leave as soon as a project is finished. It's ridiculous.Please avoid joining if you are looking for a long term, stable job. Join it as a resume gap filler as you search for a stable job.
