The give you autonomy over your work.

Cons

They churn through employees, and give them 2 weeks notice before they cut you off. Very nasty company. You get no help, and if you are lucky you have some few workers that try to pull you out of drowning pool.

I am sure that if the upper management had been different and someone else had managed this place, things would have been better.

Cons

The top management is awfully arrogant and terrible at its job. They make the worst decisions, lose clients and contracts, and then blame the employees. They don't hesitate to ask people to clean out their desks and leave as soon as a project is finished. It's ridiculous.Please avoid joining if you are looking for a long term, stable job. Join it as a resume gap filler as you search for a stable job.
