The organisation can be challenging as you may have a line manager that isn’t in your field and sometimes not even in your office Work is very self starter driven so a lot of graduates struggle at the start not knowing what to do Not a heavy concentration on company self improvement where resourcing will actively pull you away from non billable work that is very useful so they are making more money Promotions are weird and some grads get promoted in 6 months some in 2 years and no one gives an explanation of why this happens or what the others are doing better/wrong.
