Highly political, management culture is very controlling, never interested in employees concerns, zero work life balance, after work social attempts are awkward and uncomfortable, all anyone wants to do is work anywhere else. CEO offers odd trainings and attempts at boosting morale that is always a fast “ugh”, and cringe. This is a good “in-between” job as you look for anything else. All management is culturally awkward and all supervisors in their job do not appear to have any of the appropriate knowledge, skills or abilities—so qualified workers always suppressed by unqualified management when offering standard business practices. Very unusual that management does not have any experience in project controls, and very aggressively suppress any experiences worker with strange and aggressive dominant practices. Management so controlling and stifles all opinions, very uncomfortable work environment, stressful unnecessarily for everyone. No one wants to work here, a stepping stone to anything else.
