Pros

It's a great way to interact with other people and meet artist or highly important people. It's a beautiful view in the mornings. You enjoy helping out the customers to make their trip the best trip they've had. You create connections with your customers which is the best.

Cons

This location is not the best. The staff is not the staff you would like to work with. The managers definetly have favorites and if you don't kiss butt to either of them they will talk behind your back just like they do with customers or tenants. They even do it with the medical staff there. It's nonstop high school drama all day. They don't take into consideration the effort you are doing if you're not the favorite and if you are they let you get away with a lot of stuff. It's ridiculous they claim to have a professional work ethic yet when the doors close and no one is around all they do is talk from the manager to the csr and line guys.. it's horrible.

Pros

Health insurance benefits are solid and the company has an established corporate structure. Pay is consistent, but those are the only notable positives.

Cons

Local management is ineffective, unprofessional, and visibly disengaged. Direct leadership lacked initiative, accountability, and basic communication skills, often appearing indifferent unless corporate oversight was involved. Expectations were unclear and inconsistently enforced, creating a disorganized and frustrating work environment. There was a noticeable reliance on surveillance rather than leadership. After receiving a final warning, camera monitoring became excessive and felt targeted, as if management was more focused on finding reasons to terminate employees than actually supporting improvement. The overall culture is unsupportive and transactional. Employees are treated as expendable rather than valued, which contributes to low morale, lack of trust, and high turnover. Stronger leadership at the local level is clearly lacking.
