Pros
Been working here for several months now and I love it. As soon as I was hired on, safety has been there biggest concern which is awesome. Everything your taught is by company policy or regulations and not just whatever people think is important. If you do something you are not supposed to they will find out and you will most likely be fired so every one teaches you safety here and make sure you're doing the right thing! The job is pretty simple and you have the opportunity to meet a lot of people who can either give you a good reference or open a job for you depending on where you want to go. Managers are awesome and care about you and your opinion from what I can tell. Haven't had a single issue so that's a plus. The only thing is that they really dont have get togethers as often as id like. But then again everyone works full time and is usually tired from running around taking care of customers for 8 hours. Benefits are pretty great. They allowed me to open an HSA then they funded it generously for me, they are matching my 401k 3% which is great and they offer overtime on the regular which tops it for me. People complain about not getting tipped enough from pilots but I mean I didn't hire on for tips, I joined cause I love aviation. Here's a tip: Find a career you love and it will pay you generously. Tips are for strippers:P
