Pros

Atlantic aviation does pride itself on its high-end professionalism. The training is excellent except for the mandated online courses which our manager had one person (me) do it for everyone.

Cons

The training gets in the way of progress. You are not allowed to advance earlier than their plan even if you’re beyond the requirements.

Thank you for your commitment to providing our customers with a positive attitude and a safe, successful flight, and for supporting your reports as a line supervisor. We pride ourselves on providing comprehensive training and investing in employee career growth, so it saddens us to hear you felt disappointed by opportunities to learn and grow here. We encourage any current team member who may share similar sentiments to share their feedback with their direct supervisor so that your concerns can be addressed and a plan can be developed. We appreciate all your contributions and wish you success moving forward.

Pros

Health insurance benefits are solid and the company has an established corporate structure. Pay is consistent, but those are the only notable positives.

Cons

Local management is ineffective, unprofessional, and visibly disengaged. Direct leadership lacked initiative, accountability, and basic communication skills, often appearing indifferent unless corporate oversight was involved. Expectations were unclear and inconsistently enforced, creating a disorganized and frustrating work environment. There was a noticeable reliance on surveillance rather than leadership. After receiving a final warning, camera monitoring became excessive and felt targeted, as if management was more focused on finding reasons to terminate employees than actually supporting improvement. The overall culture is unsupportive and transactional. Employees are treated as expendable rather than valued, which contributes to low morale, lack of trust, and high turnover. Stronger leadership at the local level is clearly lacking.
