Corporate social responsibility is something that the company is really committed to. They place a high value on moral corporate conduct and support numerous philanthropic endeavors.

Cons

As I reflected .on my time working at this company, I couldn't help but feel disturbed by the memories of the inconsiderate CEO. It was clear that he had little regard for the well-being of his employees and was more interested in padding his own pockets. One of the most frustrating aspects of working for this CEO was feeling undervalued and underappreciated. Despite our hard work and dedication, it often felt like our efforts went unnoticed and unacknowledged. This lack of recognition was demotivating and left many of us feeling disillusioned.

Pros

Health insurance benefits are solid and the company has an established corporate structure. Pay is consistent, but those are the only notable positives.

Cons

Local management is ineffective, unprofessional, and visibly disengaged. Direct leadership lacked initiative, accountability, and basic communication skills, often appearing indifferent unless corporate oversight was involved. Expectations were unclear and inconsistently enforced, creating a disorganized and frustrating work environment. There was a noticeable reliance on surveillance rather than leadership. After receiving a final warning, camera monitoring became excessive and felt targeted, as if management was more focused on finding reasons to terminate employees than actually supporting improvement. The overall culture is unsupportive and transactional. Employees are treated as expendable rather than valued, which contributes to low morale, lack of trust, and high turnover. Stronger leadership at the local level is clearly lacking.
