Pros

-Fantastic opportunity to learn and grow if you're an aspiring Pilot or A&P Mechanic. -Lots of opportunities to meet crew and build connections in the field. -Decent pay. -Some OT opportunities. -Great coworkers.

Cons

-Terrible management all the way from supervisors to the GM and Area Manager. Noncommunicative and not leading by example. They suffer keeping up on basic administrative tasks such as scheduling, often resulting in last minute unacceptable changes to your schedule or mandatory OT on your normal days off. -Several managers act as though they don't care about the company, clients, safety, or employees resulting in unsafe situations or upset clients. -Slow and haphazard training (no assigned trainer) resulting in new employees being several months behind or receiving no official training. This leads to either more stress on existing staff having to fill in for skill deficits or new employees engaging in work they haven't been trained or tested on. -Inability by management to review employee's performance and discipline accordingly. Breeds a culture for some staff to not engage with work responsibilities putting more pressure and stress on engaged employees.

Pros

Health insurance benefits are solid and the company has an established corporate structure. Pay is consistent, but those are the only notable positives.

Cons

Local management is ineffective, unprofessional, and visibly disengaged. Direct leadership lacked initiative, accountability, and basic communication skills, often appearing indifferent unless corporate oversight was involved. Expectations were unclear and inconsistently enforced, creating a disorganized and frustrating work environment. There was a noticeable reliance on surveillance rather than leadership. After receiving a final warning, camera monitoring became excessive and felt targeted, as if management was more focused on finding reasons to terminate employees than actually supporting improvement. The overall culture is unsupportive and transactional. Employees are treated as expendable rather than valued, which contributes to low morale, lack of trust, and high turnover. Stronger leadership at the local level is clearly lacking.
