Pros

Excellent benefits, generous vacation policies and Friday lunches are just a few perks that set AtlanticBT apart. We have a Culture Club that is constantly devising events that keep things fresh, from Chilli Cook Offs, Egg Drops, bowling and PumpKing contests, you get to let your inner geek shine with pride. Career Plans are a regular part of AtlanticBT for all employees. You can grow your skills and focus on specific areas you want to specialize in. Your career will take you as far as you like here. Have a concern with a project or procedure? The management is very approachable and always looking to streamline and improve processes. I've been an employee for over four years and have been amazed at the growth I've witnessed over the years. I look forward to being part of AtlanticBT's continued success.

Cons

AtlanticBT is very faced paced and you have to have a desire to be successful. Sometimes it can be stressful, but hard work is recognized b all levels of employees and management.

Pros

They pay reasonably well and allow work from home.

Cons

Not as structured as I am used to, so it is hard to find work to do when it is slow, fortunately, this has not affected my wages.

Pros

The company stands out for its flexibility around employee time-off requests, which is greatly appreciated and contributes positively to work-life balance. Another significant positive is the strong team spirit; colleagues are supportive and consistently collaborate, creating a healthy team environment.

Cons

There are several areas where the company could improve: Intensive Oversight: The most prominent issue is the intense focus on monitoring employee activities, down to tracking each minute of the workday. This level of oversight often feels excessive and can be counterproductive. Rigid Management Approach: The management style leans towards being overly detail-oriented, sometimes focusing on minor aspects that can seem trivial. This approach can lead to a feeling of constant scrutiny. Inconsistent Directions and Processes: The lack of clear and consistent processes leads to frequent changes in directives, contributing to confusion and inefficiency in workflow. Limited Growth Opportunities: The company’s support for professional growth and development is limited. Compensation and Rewards: The current compensation structure, including the approach to wage increases and the absence of bonuses, does not align well with industry standards or the current economic context.
